Exhibitor with boat:
Boat stand: 99,00 €/sqm
Exhibitor without boat:
Up to 30 sqm: 108,00 €/sqm
31 - 50 sqm: 106,00 €/sqm
51 - 100 sqm: 104,00 €/sqm
From 101 sqm: 102,00 €/sqm
Open air ground: 65,00 €/sqm
Additional mandatory costs:
- AUMA-fee: 0,60 €/sqm
- Waste disposal: 2,00 €/sqm (max. 140,00 €)
- Medien entry fee: 199,00 €
The "Maritime Art" package includes::
- Stand wall (10 m length / 2.5 m height)
- Lockable cabin (5.00 m x 1.00 m)
- Carpet
- 5 x spotlights
- Stand signage
- 3 KW (230 V) power connection including consumption
Prices:
- Stand space including "Maritime Art" package: 999,00 €
- AUMA-fee: 6,00 €
- Waste disposal: 10,00 €
- Media entry fee: 199,00 €
- Total: 1.214,00 €
Option 1:
I have a stand in the hall and would also like to exhibit in the marina: 199,00 € per boat
Option 2:
I only want to exhibit in the marina: 65,00 €/sqm (on the rounded up size of the boat)
Additional services for the marina:
- Pavilion, 4 x 4m (including assembly & dismantling): 600,00 €
The participation fee per co-exhibitor is 219,00 €. Each co-exhibitor is also required to make an entry in the catalog; the corresponding flat fee is 199,00 €. The logo presence in the exhibitor directory is included in the media flat rate. Co-exhibitors are obliged to have their own staff on the stand.
Are you an exhibitor at INTERBOOT and would you like to encourage a new exhibitor to register as well? Then we would like to reward you! We will credit you (the advertiser) with €15 per square meter of the advertised space after the event.
Conditions:
- New exhibitors are those who have not exhibited at INTERBOOT from 2020 to 2024. Does not apply to changes of name or successor companies.
- Both exhibitors must participate in INTERBOOT 2025.
- The basis for calculation is the stand space actually occupied by the advertised exhibitor, which can be found in the admission documents.
- When registering, the advertised exhibitor must declare that he was acquired by another exhibitor (including the company name of the advertiser).
- Subsequent declarations are not possible.
